Utopia Studios is located at 3957 Park Ave, in the Botanical Heights neighborhood of Midtown St Louis.  We are in the Central Corridor between highways 64/40 and 44/55, at the S. Grand or Vandeventer exits.  We are a few blocks from either highway, just west behind SLU and Cardinal Glennon's hospitals, within approx a mile from The Grove, Grand Center, S. Grand Business District, The CWE, Shaw, Tower Grove Park and Forest Park.

We have 3 parking lots as well as on-street parking. We can accommodate short-term tourbus and trailer parking in the back, with ground level and dock-height loading options. We do not allow continuous, overnight parking.

 

On arrival, you will find two Utopia buildings next to each other.  Please check in at the first as you pull up, which is the smaller yellow/green building at 3957 Park Ave.  It is tucked behind our first, or East parking lot.

Please note that you will only see one lot initially on arrival, and have to pass our 2nd building to find lots 2 and 3. One door West, on the other side of the tall building at 3965 Park Ave, is our West lot. At the rear of this lot is a short alley to access our North lot, where you may find additional parking behind the buildings.

There is a private outdoor courtyard with seating, accessible to all tenants and hourly customers as a hangout and designated smoking area.  Guests are welcome to use the courtyard and are asked to refrain from hanging out/smoking/drinking in the parking lots.
